AGREEMENT AND LIABILITY


The following items are a part of our Agreement and Liability Policy:

• You agree that there will be no smoking or consumption of illegal drugs in Sunny’s vehicles. Anyone who smokes will be subject to a $100 charge and asked to extinguish the cigarette/cigar/pipe. The driver is authorized to terminate this agreement if our "no smoking" policy is ignored. No refunds will be given.
• Drug use is not tolerated under any circumstances. The driver is authorized to terminate this agreement if there is drug use in the vehicle. No refunds will be given.
• You agree that the passenger capacity of your reserved vehicle shall not be exceeded.
• In case of any misconduct by you or a member of your party, the driver is authorized to terminate this agreement without any refunds.
• You agree to hold Sunny’s harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of any member of your party.
• You are responsible for any damages committed to Sunny’s vehicle by any member of your party during service, either willfully or accidentally. Any actions that cause damage to a Sunny’s vehicle can result in an extra charge, including loss or theft of property from the vehicle.
• You are responsible for full payment of any overtime charges, beyond the original agreement.
• Sunny’s is not responsible for delays or inconveniences due to unknown or unforeseen mechanical failures or situations deemed as "Acts of God."
• There is charges for cleaning vomit.
• There will be no "popping out" of the sun roof, if your reserved vehicle has a sunroof. If any member of your party is a minor, the sunroof will remain locked, and a parent's telephone number must be given to the driver prior to the ride.
